The charity's objects ("objects") are specifically restricted to the following: (4.1) To support and promote the mental health and emotional wellbeing of people from the black, Asian, minority ethnic (BAME) communities (hereinafter called the "beneficiaries") resident in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") by delivering culturally appropriate, evidence-based, high quality accessible counselling and psychological therapy, and by any other charitable means as the Directors may determine. (4.2) To educate and train persons in counselling and psychological therapies so that they may treat and relieve persons experiencing or suffering from mental and emotional distress and to raise awareness among the beneficiaries and the public of the activities of the charity.
