The organisation's purposes are: (a) To conduct activities in the field of development of logistics and distribution of humanitarian aid in countries affected by war and their subsequent support and restoration in the post-war period. (b) To facilitate, in the shortest amount of time possible, the restoration and development of the country, individual entities and individuals affected by war. (c) To endeavor at the integration of the supported entities into the international community, or their autonomy leading to their self-sufficiency and independence on humanitarian programs. (d) For the purposes of the 2005 Act the following charitable purposes are the charitable purposes identified as applicable from section 7 of the 2005 Act: (i) the prevention or relief of poverty, (ii) the advancement of education, (iii) the saving of lives, (iv) the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science, (v) the advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation
