The charitable company was set up to obtain premises to convert into a community hub serving the community of Trethomas and the surrounding area .It has been renting a property which needs extensive renovation and has a lease from the owners that allows for the property to be purchased when funding becomes available. It is hoped that the renovation will begin in 2015.
