Confide provides affordable, high quality counselling for adults and young people (11+) with mild to moderate mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, bereavement and past or present abuse. Confide operates across Shropshire and Telford, our range of services includes NHS, Fast Track and Low Fee, we also provide Employee Assistance Programme to local businesses.
