(2) To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, recreation and leisure. (3) Where appropriate to co-operate with Strathclyde Regional Council or its successor body in the achievement of these objects. (4) To foster a community spirit for the achievement of these aims and other similar aims as may be by law be deemed charitable.
