The Organisation has been formed for the public benefit of the Community of Brora and District as defined by Brora Community Council area (“the Community”), with the Purposes listed in Clause 5 below(“the Purposes”), to be exercised following the principles of sustainable development (where sustainable development means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs). The Organisation's main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development. The Organisation's Purposes are: The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities. The advancement of community development.
