1 The organisation’s aim is to ‘promote physical fitness and general wellbeing for the people in Scotland, with particular emphasis on communities in the Renfrewshire area, through the advancement of public participation in sport’ by: 4.1 Provising access into sport in the form of Judo classes for members of the community. 4.2 Provising a clear route for personal development through the delivery of a structured sporting curriculum in a disciplined environment. 4.3. Offering affordable and accessible routes into activity for everyone within the community. 4.4. Providing programmes aiming to reach all members of the community. 4.5. Facilitating access into sport for members of the community who may experience greater barriers to the inclusion in sporting activities. Including, but not exclusive of, Women, Refugees, care experienced and those who are affected by disability. 4.6 Providing opportunities for the development of sporting excellence through coaching, conditioning, competitive participation and officiating within the judo sporting discipline.
