To promote the benefit of inhabitants of Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland in general ('the Area') and in particular the elderly, disabled, mentally ill and/or infirm inhabitants of the area by establishing, providing and managing Hospital or Nursing Homes or Mental Nursing Homes and providing medical, administrative or other services for the foregoing and without prejudice to the foregoing to own property at Polmuir Road, Aberdeen and to lease same on terms agreed from time to time to with Grampian Healthcare Trust and their successors or nominees from time to time all in the furtherance of health, the relief of poverty, sickness or distress and/or the advancement of care in the community within the area.
