4 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Carsphairn (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): To promote community development and social cohesion by providing an inclusive space and framework for education, engagement, interaction, sports and recreational activities that enhance the wellbeing of residents of Carsphairn.
