4.1 The charity's objects ('Objects') are specifically restricted to the following: 4.1.1 The establishment of nursing, convalescent and other homes or organisations for aged, infirm, sick and needy members of Christadelphian ecclesias and other aged, sick and needy persons in any part of Great Britain (the 'beneficiaries'). 4.1.2 The provision of sheltered housing for the beneficiaries who are in need of such provision by the operating of leasing schemes or in such other ways as the trustees think fit. and 4.1.3 Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the beneficiaries who live in any nursing, convalescent and other homes operated by the organisation as the trustees decide. 4.2 Nothing in these articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
