The Trustees shall hold the Trust Funds aftermentioned for the benefit of the public for charitable purposes only within the meaning assigned thereto by the law for the time being in force and, specifically, the advancement of education of children and young persons, in particular children and young persons coming from families with a background of social and/or economic deprivation, in nature studies and other subjects appertaining to local, national and international ecological and environmental issues.
