The Trust Subjects comprising former School, former dwellinghouse for school teacher, hall, play area and other ground with ancillary buildings erected or to be erected thereon are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees of the Trust Subjects in all time coming for use by the inhabitants of Charleston and its environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the purpose of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
