To apply the income from the fund for the purpose, in cases of persons who by reason of age, infirmity or any other circumstances are in need of care and attention, not otherwise available to them by providing or paying for items, services and facilities which are designed to meet that need. Applications for grants must be made by the applicants social worker and must also live within Birmingham.
