We are a mental health charity that runs peer support groups in Bristol and the immediate surrounding area for adults in mental distress accessible by self referral. The support groups happen at the same time and place each week of the year providing support when people need it.

We are a mental health charity that runs peer support groups in Bristol and the immediate surrounding area for adults in mental distress accessible by self referral. The support groups happen at the same time and place each week of the year providing support when people need it. We also offer various mental health workshops, signposting, educational material and a Steps to Recovery programme.
