About Challenge to Change
Challenge to change (ctc) supports poor and vulnerable communities in the developing world, especially in vietnam, to adapt to climate change. At the same time ctc persuades those who contribute most to climate change to take responsibility for reducing global carbon emissions. Ctc addresses both sides of the issue, and links them, by educating on the causes and impacts of climate change.
