The objects of the Panel are to meet the needs of disabled persons in Central Aberdeenshire through the promotion of access to all public buildings, areas and facilities in the district, in association with statutory, voluntary and other agencies. In furtherance thereof, but not otherwise, the Panel shall seek to work towards the removal of physical, environmental, attitudinal and organisational barriers to achieve 'Access for All in Aberdeenshire'. To be led by a majority of people with disabilities.
