4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of environmental protection and improvement in the Outer Hebrides through the organisation, support and execution of pollution adaptation and mitigation activities, including campaigning for coastal and marine issues relevant to the Outer Hebrides. 4.2 The advancement of education of members of the public about the coastal and marine environment and pollution and through the provision of educational support and materials.
