About Carse Active

4.1 Maximising the opportunities for local people in the Carse of Gowrie to participate in outdoor activities, sports and recreation. This will include developing high quality, all weather sports pitches, recreation areas and associated facilities to provide suitable venues that are accessible and functional all year round.
