To provide, maintain and manage Carnlea Orange Hall as a facility for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Carnlea, Crankill, Kildowney, Tullygrawley, Fenagh, Loughmegarry, Cabragh and Carnbeg area and its environs (hereafter called the area of benefit) without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.
