The organisations purposes are: 4.1 To provide facilities, or organise activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for those who have need of such facilities or would benefit from such activities by reason of their youth, age. Infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances. 4. To advance education in the community in particularly in relation to mental and physical health and fitness, sporting activity and life skills. through providing or organising educational, training and learning opportunities. 4.3 To encourage the advancement of public participation in sport.
