To promote the benefit of the disabled inhabitants of the South East area of Glasgow and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, but associating Local Authorities, Third Sector Organisations, Private Sector and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupations with the object of improving conditions of life for said inhabitants. To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a centre for activities promoted by the Association in furtherance of the above, or any of them. C.O.J.A.C. shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.
