3.1 The objects of the Charity: 3.1.1 To apply its premises and resources from time to time to enable adults, young people and children to engage in:- (a) amateur sports; (b) the arts, culture, heritage or science; (c) health and wellbeing; (d) citizenship and community development; at all times for the public benefit. 3.2 Nothing in these Articles shall authorise an application of the Charity’s property for purposes that are not charitable in accordance with section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
