3.1The Charitable Purposes of the Company ('the Charitable Purposes') are to relieve the needs of individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other additional support needs, throughout Scotland by. 3.1.1. delivering or supporting projects and services that will enable those individuals to live fulfilling lives and exercise their human rights. 3.1.2respecting, protecting and promoting human rights and equality of opportunity, raising awareness and championing the rights and contributions of those individuals. and 3.1.3 promoting and supporting collaboration and co-operation between individuals, organisations and communities in the development or improvement of services to benefit those individual.
