Brecon Community Action Team provides activities for young people in and around Brecon. It currently manages a cyber cafe facility for young people in the centre of Brecon. The facility is run by volunteers, largely young people themselves, and offers a safe, friendly environment in which young people can meet socially and use computers for recreational purposes, as well as homework.
