To provide in the interests of social welfare facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation available to the public at large within the Branchton area of Greenock with a view to improving their conditions of life. To advance education To promote training in skills of all kinds particularly such skills as will assist residents of the operating area in obtaining paid employment. To relieve the needs of persons suffering from mental or physical disability, illness or impairment. To relieve poverty To promore, establish, operate and / or support other schemes of a charitable nature for the benefit of all sections of the community within the operating area.
