(a) To assist any young person or persons under the age of twenty five who are present or former pupils of Langholm Academy or who live within a nine mile radius of Langholm Town Hall by making a payment or payments to such person or persons for use in connection with any project or projects enterprise or enterprises as are charitable in law and as may be considered by the Trustees to be meritorious (b) To assist any other person or body by making a payment or payments to such person or body for use in connection with any project or projects enterprise or enterprises as are charitable in law and as may be considered by the Trustees to be meritorious and of benefit to the Town Townspeople and environment of Langholm generally.
