The said subjects and the building erected thereon (hereinafter referered to as 'The Trust Subjects') are dedicated and sahll be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a village Hall for the use of inhabitants of Bowden and environs without distcintion of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for said inhabitants.
