The BCA is established to promote rural regeneration for the benefit of the public to relieve poverty, unemployment, youth and the aged and promote the protection and preservation of health of and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Boveedy and its environs of Co Londonderry (hereinafter called the area of benefit) by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and: To maintain and manage or cooperate with any local authority in the maintenance of a centre at 22 Boveedy Road Kilrea for activities promoted by the BCA (hereinafter called "the centre") The prevention or relief of poverty,The advancement of education,The advancement of health or the saving of lives,The advancement of citizenship or community development
