i. To educate the public and pupils in matters pertaining to bird welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering, as well as their roles in local, national and global ecosystems. ii. To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation and protection of natural environment by promoting rehabilitation and wild release of indigenous species, and propagation of those that are endangered or at risk. iii. To promote humane behaviour towards animals, in particular, but not restricted to birds, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for those which are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage.
