4.1 To promote and advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for all members of the public at large ('the Beneficiaries'), primarily but not limited to the residents residing within the Catchment Area of the Blairgowrie High School ('Designated Area') without distinction of sex or politics, religious or other opinions. 4.2 To provide the provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational facilities to improve the conditions of life for the Beneficiaries by facilitating the use of the hall facilities for all members of the public and group activities. 4.3 To secure the on going maintenance and management of Blairgowrie Town Hall (hereinafter called 'the Hall') for the activities promoted by the Board in furtherance of the above objects or any of them. The Association shall be non-party in politics and non-denominational. 4.4 Any other purpose that may reasonably be analogous to any of the preceding purposes
