The Playgroup is established to promote played based learning environments for all children in their pre-pre statutory school year, (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) of the Highfield Ward and it’s surrounding environs in County Antrim ( hereinafter referred to as ‘ the area of benefit), without distinction of age , gender, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, political r religious opinion, by associating the the statutory authorities, community and voluntary organisations and the inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and in particular:- A) To advance the education of the beneficiaries through the provision of safe and satisfying group play, with the right of the parent/carers to take responsibility for and to become involved in the activities of the group B) To promote the preservation of the health of the beneficiaries C) To support the values and principals of Early Years education The advancement of education
