4 Beyond Boundaries is established for charitable purposes only and the principal purpose is for the benefit of the public in Scotland and elsewhere to: 4.1 Advance education and opportunities. 4.2 Advance public participation in sport. and 4.3 Provide recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilIties, (particularly using cricket) with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, 4.4 Promote and facilitate participation in the sport of cricket by under represented groups in Scotland.
