(c) the advancement of education, environmental protection and environmental improvement, in particular (but without limitation), by provision of classroom activities and workshops in the conservation, protection and improvement of the coastal environment. and (d) the saving of lives, in particular (but without limitation) by provision of first aid training and coastal water safety education.
