The Association is established to support by means of financial assistance any charitable project for the relief of poverty, sickness or disability or the aged, the protection and preservation of health or the advancement of education in any part of the world (especially in countries defined as “developing world” countries), without distinction of age, gender, nationality, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, political or religious opinion and in particular: In association with other charities throughout Ireland, raise awareness and promote understanding of the problems of developing world countries as defined above, and encourage support in Ireland for charitable projects in “developing world” countries.
