4. Purposes, Area of Benefit & Beneficiaries 4.1. The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1.1. to organise recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended: Create extracurricular engagement for communities that do not have existing programs or opportunities Build community spirit and new friendships. and 4.1.2. To advance citizenship and community development through a peer Leadership Program: Build confidence in each individual participant Up-skill young people to be more employable and suited for leadership roles and community development. and 4.1.3. to promote racial harmony by creating an international Exchange Program: ? Give participants opportunities to travel regardless of their wealth ? Educate through experiences of different cultures ? Combat issues of racism and intolerance ? Create long lasting relationships with people from other countries and cultures.
