(a) The advancement and promotion of palliative end of life health care by providing information and campaign and by providing funding by way of absolute gift to relevant Scottish Registered Charities as will facilitate enhanced medical and nursing support and care whether within hospices or within the environment of home care as shall be professionally managed and overseen by such Charities operating within the council areas as presently constituted of Falkirk and/or Stirling and as to which Charities to be so funded the Trustees shall have sole choice. (b) The advancement and promotion of medical and scientific research into the development of palliative end of life care and all relevant reporting thereon to the public care by providing information and campaign and by providing funding by way of absolute gift to relevant Scottish Registered Charities, individuals or academic bodies who are engaged in said research in Scotland and as to which parties to be so funded the Trustees shall have sole choice. (c) The advancement and promotion of the Christian faith undertaken within primary and secondary schools by Scottish Registered Charities operating within the council area as presently constituted of Falkirk care by providing information and campaign and by providing funding in support of the same by way of absolute gift to such Charities and without prejudice to the foregoing generality for use in mental health counselling and as to which Charities to be so funded the Trustees shall have sole choice. (d) The advancement and promotion of the Christian faith within Falkirk Free Church of Scotland (SC038272) or such other churches in the council area as presently constituted of Falkirk which are used for Christian worship by providing information and campaign and by providing funding by way of absolute gift in support of the same and as to which churches to be so funded the Trustees shall have sole choice. (e) To do anything which may be incidental or conducive to the furtherance of any of the Trust's Charitable Purposes.
