2. The project is established (a) (i) To promote any charitable purposes for the benefit of youth and children in Ballymacarrett, East Belfast (ii) To provide facilities in the interests of youth, children and the community for recreation, education and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the said Ballymacarrett, East Belfast (b) In furtherance of the purposes hereinbefore defined, but not further or otherwise, the project may – (i) Establish or secure the establishment of children, youth and community facilities (ii) Obtain and collect and receive money and funds by the way of contributions, donations, legacies, grants and any other lawful method, and accept and receive gifts of property of any description (whether subject to trusts or not) (iii) Procure to be written and print, publish, issue and circulate gratuitously or otherwise, any reports or periodicals, books, pamphlets, leaflets or other documents (iv) Arrange and provide for, or join in, arranging and providing for the holding of exhibitions, meetings, lectures or classes (v) Promote, encourage or undertake organised research and experimental work in the field of youth work Other charitable purposes
