The purpose of the Playgroup shall be: to provide creative, imaginative, physical and social play, for pre-school children from 3 to 5 years of age. For the furtherance of its aims the Playgroup may: (a) provide equipment, engage staff, admit children and require such payments to be made as are referred to hereafter. (b) expend monies received from any source. (c) do all such other things as appear to the Committee to be necessary or desirable in pursuance of its objects.
