5.1 the prevention or relief of poverty of WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged. and 5.2 to further and advance the education of WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged. and 5.3 the advancement of health including the relief of sickness and suffering (physical or psychological) of WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged. and 5.4 the provision of recreational facilities for WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged. and 5.5 the promotion of engaging in sport and outdoor adventure activities for WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged. and 5.6 the relief of WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged in need by reason of ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage which includes the provision of care and accommodation to WIS Personnel and the relief of unemployment of WIS Personnel and the Disadvantaged.
