The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To uphold the rights of those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, their families and carers, and in particular the right to dignity and care, and to equality of educational and social experience. 4.2 To advance the education of people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder through ensuring access to appropriate formal and informal learning opportunities and through provision of appropriate educational facilities, information and services. 4.3 To advance the education of the general public, organisations, businesses and agencies about Autism Spectrum Disorder through access to materials, events and learning opportunities.
