The charitable purposes of the Company are the advancement of education, the advancement of citizenship or community development, the advancement of public participation in sport, and the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by: 2.1 Providing facilities for yachting and boat sailing at sea and tuition in seamanship and navigation for individuals on the autistic spectrum, their families, and their carers.
