4 The organisation’s purposes are: a) The advancement of citizenship or community development, b) The advancement of the arts, heritage, and culture, c) The provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. The organisation will achieve its purposes by: I. Organising a regular programme of activities, meetings and other events which will be open to all members and the general public, II. Arranging and providing for, either alone or with others, the holding of exhibitions, lectures, live performances, film, theatre and streamed events, classes, seminars or training courses, information services and all forms of recreational and other leisure-time activities, III. Working with other groups, promote and develop or to assist in the promotion and development of community organisations and community social enterprises in the area of benefit.
