The Company's objects are to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health and for the benefit of divorced separated or estranged parents, grandparents and other relatives and their child and or their children (hereinafter referred to as the beneficiaries) resident or present in the Armagh, Craigavon, Dungannon, Portadown, Newry areas (hereinafter known as the area of benefit) and in particular to provide facilities and programmes of activity in the interests of social welfare for the education, recreation and leisure time occupation of the said beneficiaries who by reason of their social and economic circumstances have need of such facilities, and so that their conditions of life be improved.
