The Trustees shall have power in their discretion at any time or times to hold any property and to pay or apply the whole or any part or parts of the income or capital of the Trust Fund for the following charitable purposes:- (a) advancement of environmental protection or improvement. (b) advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science. (c) advancement of education. and (d) any other purpose similar to any of the preceding purposes. declaring that the expression ?charitable purpose? shall mean a charitable purpose under Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 which is also regarded as a charitable purpose in 3 relation to the application of the Taxes Acts.
