Such part of the capital of the Trust Estate as they may from time to time at their discretion decide for the monitoring. management and enhancement of the fisheries resources in Northern Argyll and in particular within the Awe catchment area and that for the benefit of all persons interested in fisheries resources whether within North Argyll or elsewhere and for any other purpose or purposes relating to fisheries, fishery management, water, water quality and environmental considerations and research into same as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole discretion select and that without prejudice to the foregoing generality and without in any way fettering their said discretion provided that such purposes shall always be of a charitable nature. Declaring-that the Trustees are expressly directed to publish and publicise their activities and findings for the benefit of educational research.
