The purposes of the organisation shall be wholly charitable and, in particular, shall be the advancement of animal welfare through: Rescuing and rehoming unwanted stray dogs and cats of any breed from Romania to suitable homes in Scotland and other parts of the UK. Promoting and educating on the importance of neutering, vaccinating and microchipping of dogs and cats in Romania and the UK. Educating and raising awareness of the issues in Romania surrounding stray management and the inhumane treatment of stray dogs and cats.
