(a) the preservation of buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance and in particular, the preservation of Abernethy Old Kirk on the outskirts of Nethy Bridge, formly Abernethy (Old) Parish Chruch, for the future use of the community, such use to include weddings, funerals and other occasional worship. (b) the provision or assistance in the provision of recreational facilities for the public at large including those who, by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities. (c) the protection or conservation of the environment. (d) to advance the eduaction of the community about its environment, culture and/or history particularly in relation to the Old Kirk and its place in the community of Nethy Bridge.
