4 The organisation's purposes are: (a) The advancement of education, and public participation in sport for those of all ages and from all backgrounds, through participation in sports, games, or any other physical activities which promote health and wellbeing via physical or mental skill or exertion. (b) The advancement of education by provision of learning opportunities and personal achievement for all participants, along with the continued professional development of staff and volunteers, and from liaison and engagement with the relevant education authorities where appropriate.
