The promotion for the public benefit of Community Development in the Annadale, Haywood and surrounding areas (the “area of benefit”), being an area of social and economic deprivation, by any exclusively charitable means including (but not limited to); ? The provision, or assistance in the provision, of education, training and skill development; ? Assisting in the relief of community needs such as disadvantage, poverty or unemployment; ? The promotion of equality and diversity; ? The promotion of physical and mental health and well-being; ? The encouragement of community participation amongst marginalised or excluded groups ? The establishment, maintenance or management of a community centre for activities promoted by the charity in furtherance of the above objects. The advancement of citizenship or community development
