The advancement of citizenship or community development for the benefit of ethnic minority, migrant and diaspora communities in Scotland, with a particular focus on Clackmannanshire and the wider Forth Valley area, in particular through training, advocacy, mentoring and community-based initiatives that promote social cohesion and inclusion.
